Prosperity’s philosophy is to find good people and empower them to excel. This is achieved by setting clear goals, working together to develop detailed plans and then providing contractors and employees with the tools, technology, autonomy and support to succeed. An iterative approach to exploration, with regular review and re-evaluation of targets with critical team members provides structured support and ensures cost conscious, rapid target development. Prosperity values its team and their health and safety.
